Dykes brings OC Franklin and WR coach Likens to Cal from La Tech

California coach Sonny Dykes is bringing two of his former assistants at Louisiana Tech to his new job, Dykes announced Tuesday that Tony Franklin will be the offensive coordinator for the Golden Bears and Rob Likens will coach receivers.
